I go here pretty much every day or every other day. Cashier's are always very polite. So yeah Walmart & me are good friends. Lol
This walmart is a little smaller but I've noticed it seems a lot better because of it. Staff is nice and polite and willing to help. Things are easier to find and it looks cleaner.
By far the best Walmart here in the Quad Cities hands down! The store is so organized and cleaner than any of the others! Stuff is where it's supposed to be at! The employees are so helpful and friendly! Oh and they have more than 4 registers opened at all times!!! They always have the newest stuff available and at great prices! They price match and pretty much every cashier knows what's on sale on other stores and in the ads! The manager must have them reading and knowing what's going on!!! Lines move fast and probably the quickest shopping visits I have ever had!!! Love it here!!! Wish the other Walmart's would take after this great and amazing store!!!
Arrived at Wal-Mart for tire repair at 12:10 pm. Took 20 minutes to get waited on. 3 1/2 hours to repair tire. Another 20 minutes to get someone's attention to to get car keys. Not my definition of customer service.
They were fast and friendly but because they were setting up for black Friday you couldn't shop in parts of the store.
